As I traveled for business, the cost was not an issue for me. It was a nice room with friendly service. My only complaints would be that there was no clock in the room so people should travel with one if keeping on time is an issue. Wake up calls are offered so it was not a huge hassle. Also, the heat seemed to be working overdrive in the room leaving sleeping a little uncomfortable.

The hotel was easy to get to as it is very near to the Grand Boulevard Metro station. The room that we stayed in had been recently refurbished and was very smart. However refurbushment of other hotel rooms was in progress and piles of carpet were left outside the hotel and the smell of glue to stick the new carpets down was extremely strong and unpleasant.
We encountered three reception staff during our stay. Two were courteous but the third was extremely rude and discourteous. Unlike in the UK where you take your room key out with you in France you are expected to leave it at reception. We had not been told this and on our return on the first day he was most rude about it. We aksed for a kettle as per the literature available in the room. When the same receptionist delivered it to our room we asked if we could have some mugs or cups as we wanted to make tea and he scoffed that there were glasses in the bathroom and that we should use these!!!!
The next day, after leaving our key on reception as requested we returned in the afternoon to be told that they had mislaid our key (fills you with confidence - they probably gave our key to another guest).
We had a great holiday in Paris but not a great experience with the hotel. The sarcastic attitude was totally unneccesary.

While overall this hotel was ok I feel it was not good value for money.
The rooms while clean and tidy were very basic and small.
Breakfast was not included - which should be when paying
avg room rate of 150 euro.

Value for money small hotel that is within reasonable walking distance of most of Paris's must see sights. It is very close to the Metro and was really easy to reach from CDG airport via the Roissy bus and metro. As a place to stay whilst sight-seeing, it was ideal
