We were given an extremely warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was a good size, tastefully appointed and clean. Breakfast was of good quality and ample sufficient food. A most enjoyable stay we would love to visit again and would recommend this hotel most strongly. |

The hotel is conveniently situated on the Northern Ireland / Republic of Ireland and is very easy to find. Food quality is excellent whether it was breakfast or dinner. Room very good size and bathroom especially big. |

Hotel was lovely, however it was really disappointing in the restaurant... When we complained, they eventually apologised but didn't offer any discount, and on check-out following morning, there was no manager on duty to speak with... Restaurant is normally really nice. REALLY Disappointed especially as they said they'd get manager to call me back. |

The customs house inn was a very pleasant surprise. The rooms are of a very high quality and were serviced to a very high standard. The staff are very friendly and the food is excellent. Breakfast was particularly good. This is a perfect getaway for a relaxing few days. |
