    Excellent customer service!! Before we arrived, email communication with Luca (the owner) was very good. They also gave the two of us a quad room at no extra cost - lovely spacious room. Room was v clean, bathroom small (as expected) but clean. Free internet access is a brilliant idea & much appreciated. Breakfast was basic but adequate, super-potent coffee was great! Luca & his brother were very friendly & helpful when it came to advice on visiting places in Rome. Would definitely stay here again!
