This was our first stay at a Malmaison Hotel. In all respects we were very comfortable here. The parking is especially convenient being also within the Mailbox complex. Yes, it is currently £18 per 24hrs, (undercover and close-by) but hey, I think that's not too bad in the overall scheme of things these days. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. As we arrived by train they even kept our case until the end of the day Sunday so we could go shopping. The hotel is situated between Broad Street and the main City centre lots of night clubs and eating places, you can even have lunch or dinner on a canal barge. It is only five minutes walk from train station. Would highly recommend this hotel. |

Room was OK but bathroom looking tired. Shower curtain did not work properly due to poor maintenance. |
