Executive room was really small. Lift was terrible - stairs were hell.

Es un hotel muy recomendable. Está en una zona muy buena de Londres y tranquila. Desde el auropuerto de Heathrow el metro te deja muy cerca y para ir al centro tiene varios autobuses. Todos los miembros del hotel son muy atentos y agradables. El desayuno es muy completo.

The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a nice size and very clean. The restaurant was lovely (if a little cold), and I recommend the Belgium Waffles on the dessert menu!!!

Bedroom was very small. Shower broken so had to use another room in the morning. Full price should have been £150, even the £100 I paid seemed far too much.
