Excellent hotel with good transport links. There was refurbishment being carried out on 2 floors hence a lower cleanliness score but ok for what we wanted. Breakfast was good with excellent selection. Tables a little close togother for tables for 2. Bathroom was very clean. We arrived early as we were going to Twickenham for the Rugby and the hotel was able to check us in early. Overall I would definitely use again. |

Could not find the hotel by car so had to ditch it and walk to find it. Lobby and reception was very nice and clean however the 2nd Floor where our room was being re decorated, thou we had no problem with noise with it being a weekend, the ceilings and walls were not finished. The gym and Jacuzzi did not actualy belong to the hotel but next door so was disapointed when we got there to find that its only open to 17.00. this was not stated on the web site when first booked. Room was small but had everything we needed. Plasma sky TV on the wall was a hit. Main generator that controls the hotel was outside our window on the floor causing a lot of noise when we tried to sleep. The breakfast was on to 11am and dispite waiting for a table, it was very nice. Good Weekend and dispite the problems hotel was good but would not rush to stay again for the money we paid. |

Very nice stay: we were in London for a wedding followed by some sightseeing. The location was very convenient for our purpose. The staff were all very pleasant, the facilities in the room were helpful too - iron and board as well as trouser press to smarten up the wedding outfits we had to pack, mineral water and fruit for refreshment in addition to the tea and coffee making, modern T.V. /radio, room safe. The bed was fabulously comfortable and extra pillows and bed covers were available in the room. |
