This hotel met all our needs for an overnight stay to visit London for sight seeing. It is only a ten minute walk from Victoria Station. The hotel in general was very clean but the room was "tired" and in need of re-decoration. En-suite facilities were perfectly adequate. There is no lift access to rooms. Continental breakfast is served and was excellent value for money. |

Very disappointed, we paid £99 which was supposed to be half price (on their own website it said double room from £69) We were in the basement with bars at the window, dark and grubby looking, all needed a facelift. They phoned us 2 days before to say they were over booked but when we phoned back apparently it was sorted, hence the room we got! Spoilt our couple of days in London. Breakfast was very basic. All in all an experience we would not like to repeat and certainly would not recommend. |
