This hotel met all our needs for an overnight stay to visit London for sight seeing. It is only a ten minute walk from Victoria Station. The hotel in general was very clean but the room was "tired" and in need of re-decoration. En-suite facilities were perfectly adequate. There is no lift access to rooms. Continental breakfast is served and was excellent value for money.

Continental breakfast - good choice and adequate.
Room was very clean but basic. However that's all I needed for an overnight stay. Would definitely stay here again. Couldn't believe the price. Keep it low and keep rooms full!

The gentleman on rececption spoke excellent english and was very helpful, friendly and smart.
The room was a family room, there was no shower over the bath only the holes in the wall. When I put my case in the cupboard it was to find a vermin trap! The kettle had clearly been used to boil other things than just water from the look under the kettle peas would be a good guess. The bedside light was not working. There was a free standing fan to cirulate the air but it was broken.

Very disappointed, we paid £99 which was supposed to be half price (on their own website it said double room from £69) We were in the basement with bars at the window, dark and grubby looking, all needed a facelift. They phoned us 2 days before to say they were over booked but when we phoned back apparently it was sorted, hence the room we got! Spoilt our couple of days in London. Breakfast was very basic. All in all an experience we would not like to repeat and certainly would not recommend.
