I was very impressed with the overall quality and location. I had a great room and view of the church. It was loud during the day due to traffic, but not a problem. The breakfast was outstanding and freshly prepared. The pub was very casual and family friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend. |

My room facing the road was very noisy, single glazed windows and opposite busy bus stops. |

The Hotel Is Not a fancy hotel but, I’m pleased to say, I was not paying a fancy price! The hotel was well presented, clean and homely. I liked it a lot. It is well located within the city. It’s not ‘City Centre’ but a not to long a walk will get you there. The reception staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome. They were efficient at their work and knowledgeable regarding Dublin city. They were able to give me good advice about the places I wanted to see, where they were located and how best to get to them. The breakfast was lovely. It was served well and more than set me up for my day in the city. I have no hesitation recommending the Waltons Hotel and I intend using it again. |
