It's a very comfortable hotel, only downside is the sad looking staff.

The food in the Spice Club was very good but at the last minute let down by serving cheap instant coffee - this last item is just not good enough for a 4* hotel. Breakfast was excellent.

The stay was extremely pleasant although I came down with tonsilitis whilst there. The one dissapointing thing about the hotel was the misserable girl on the reception who saw me out, and this was not just with the ailing me as my colleague who i met later asked which girl had seen me and he could not believe how off hand she was. It was the same girl that had checked me out.
