This is an excellent hotel, good service, excellent location, clean and well maintained and fantastic value for money. On the edge of Greenwich park, so lovely and quiet for sleeping at night, great rail and river links to the city and to the O2. Parking also a definate plus. Only tiny minor issues are the early closing time of the hotel bar (12 midnight) and room service (10pm), although bar prices are very reasonable, and a bit stingy with the tea making supplies in the room. Overall though I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definately be going back.

A great location (5 mins walk from pier/underground/maritime museum/royal observatory/greenwich centre), & easy to find (next to Maritime museum). Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were spacious, with decent furniture and furnishings. The shower was excellent and the direction and temperature easily controlled. There was a good variety of breakfast on offer and the cooked breakfast was of good quality. Although many of us arrived at the same time to check in, and some of our booking details were incorrect, the reception staff sorted everything out quickly and were polite and really helpful. (My sister came to visit me in Greenwich, and the hotel kindly let her park her car in their car park for the day without charge.)
I couldn't fault the place but if I had to be really picky, the only down side was the windows. Although they were beautiful, large, sash windows, we found it difficult to adjust them, & they needed to be repainted, as the paint had flaked off on the exterior, leaving a bit of a shabby impression. A shame, but not so bad that it would put me off staying there, as the rest of the hotel is well maintained.
All in all a great stay, value for money, and I would definitely recommend it.
