We had a great stay, the room was fantastic and the size and quality of the continental breakfast was unbelievable. The desk clerk went well out of his way to make us welcome, asked us about our tastes and then drew a map illustrating all the best places to eat and drink around the centre of Manchester. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a memorable short break. |

Malmaison is located only a stone's throw from Piccadilly Station and within easy walking distance of the city centre amenities. The staff are helpful and welcoming and the hotel is a little bit quirky - in a good way! I'd definitely stay here again. |

The room was very tired to the point of being exhausted. The shower head holder was falling of the wall, the overflow/water outlet flew off the bath soaking my wife as soon as the water was turned on. Two cupboard doors were hanging off and there was a picture hanging off the wall. |
