This Hotel is in a good position near Kensington High Street and overlooking Kensington Gardens. The rooms are furnished to a very high quality and the restaurant and stable bar are comfortable. In fact the stable bar is so cosy you could spend too much time there so be careful!!! There are a number of 5* Hotels in London which could claim similar facilities but I doubt many could claim the Milestone's biggest asset - the staff. The staff to a man (or woman) were brilliant - very friendly and also very competent - my previous favourite London Hotel was the Lanesborough but the Milestone has very slighly knocked it off the top. Looking forward to the next time........
