NON SMOKING HOTEL.

Refurbished sea side hotel in the heart of Brighton and close to the rail station. Large enough to meet both individual and corporate needs, we are small enough to guarantee your personal attention. Close to the Brighton Centre & Churchill Square shopping centre. Magnificent sea view. Group bookings by prior arrangement only. We only have a very limited space carpark for 11 cars on a first come first served basis (£15 chargeable). Please note that dinner is served at Pebbles restaurant (50m to the left of the hotel). £20 per person. Guests can charge meals and drinks to their room accounts.Free WiFi conection through complete building.

Location was great, right on the sea front, easy to find, car parking adequate if you arrive early. Disappointed with the size of the bathroom, had to sit sideways on the loo! The shower tray had a huge split running through the middle of it, which you couldn't help but stand on. Delighted I had a colour television, unlike my colleague who had a black & white one, but could I find that remote control?!

Nice view of sea but this room needs completly renovating as very tired and old, Bathroom should be skipped.. Location nice,

OUr room was extremely small and dark, it was supposed to be a relaxing weekend and we felt like we were trapped in a cage.
The chair in the room was filthy, the toilet was so close to the door you had to sit sideways on it and the shower was broken.
The extra charge for the car park is very expensive to considering how much guests have to pay for their rooms.
The bar and resturant do look nice but it gives an impression that the rooms would be nice too and their not.

Good value for money, great location. Shame about the incessant, scary noise of the lift. Our bedroom was on the third floor, right next to the lift. Its terrifying noise woke us up at 7am, not great for a Sunday! If you want to stay there, make sure you ask for a room away from the lift and think about where to park your car!

This was an excellent price for a Bighton hotel on a Saturday night and although small and in places a bit tatty, it served our purpose admiably
