Small, family run, licensed hotel offering a high standard of accommodation and service in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Situated in a quieter part of town but within easy walking distance of the beach and town centre with its many restaurants and entertainment venues. Convenient for public transport.
All rooms enjoy the benefit of ensuite shower/toilet, with hair dryer, tea/coffee making facilities together with Colour TV. We have recently started a program refurbishing our rooms, this does not cause any inconvenience to our customers, but we do hope that it will enhance the service and accommodation we provide.
Licensed lounge bar leading to secluded south facing garden available for guest use. Forecourt parking available for upto nine vehicles (9 out of 10 rooms), free internet access in lounge and WiFi available throughout Hotel.
Full English breakfast served includes a selection of Cereals, Fruit Segments, Juice, Tea/Coffee, English Breakfast (High season: self service from Bain Marie) or to order from further selection of hot foods, followed by toast and preserves.
To ensure the comfort of couples and families staying at the Ashleigh Hotel we do not accept 'Single Sex Groups', although we can offer this accommodation in The Lodge.

A bonus of staying here was the excellent wifi connection for only £2 a day.

I found myself stuck in Bournemouth late one night and my son was able to book a room for me at Ashleigh Hotel without any problems. I was made to feel very welcome, the hotel was convenient to the railway station and the breakfast was very tasty. Service at breakfast was really friendly. I felt very comfortable even though I was by myself. I will visit this hotel again.

This B&B was excellent, ok the house is fairly old which shows in the Breakfast room and bar (but it looks like they are redecorating this) I stayed in one of the re decorated rooms and it was a much higher quality that I had expected, slept like a log!

I stayed at the Ashleigh Hotel for one night and was very surprised with the high standard of the room. I was not sure what to expect because I had read a couple of the reviews however I can say that they are absolute nonense. My room had a flat screen Tv, with loads of channels all very modern decor and full strength Wifi in my room . All the girls were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a buffet service with plenty of food of good quality. If I am going back to Bournemouth then I will stay at the Ashleigh Hotel.

A little oasis of calm in the heart of Bournemouth. We even had a picnic lunch in the beautifully tended rear garden. There was no pressure to spend any more at the hotel than the very reasonable B & B rate we had already paid and the bar was open on request. The room was a good size,spotlessly clean, and quiet. Our room was one of the last of the almost completed refurbishment programme. The beds were lovely and comfotable (and as is the standard in most hotels they could be zipped together to make a double or separated for twins). Off road parking was a little limited, so we just left our keys with the staff to organise it, however this hotel is only a stones thow from the railway station so not everyone would need a car. The breakfast was a very enjoyable hot and cold help yourself buffet. All in all, an excellent value, pet friendly hotel (well I know they like dogs-am not sure about other species)
