Very friendly service throughout our stay.
The hotel was central to all our requirements in Newcastle upon Tyne.
We was put on the higher floor to make sure we were not disdurbed by any weekend revellers.
The room was clean and suffient for our needs(single night stop over).
I can recommend the self service breakfast which was excellent value for money.
I would usr this hotel again when stopping in Newcastle upon Tyne.

the hotel was lovely - very clean and although very busy it was quiet..
the only problem we did encounter was on arrival - there were 3 receptionists on and they kept us waiting.
other than that we had a very enjoyable time in the hotel
