Shocker! Was my Stag party of 12 fellas, the first thing was that it took almost 40 minutes standing at a very warm reception to pay and get us booked in. Time was of the essence and it made us late for the restaurant. Then we discovered we all had double beds!! Despite booking twin rooms, alhtough I believe this to be more of a Late Rooms problem rather than the hotel. (Late Rooms believe it is a "specific requirement" when you ask for a twin room, and not a basic one?! I paid for the rooms believeing I had booked twins, but it was only a request apparrently) Beware! |

The reception area was fine, the check-in procedure was fine. The bedroom was ok - a bit small, but the beds were comfortable and clean. |

Check-in time is specified as 14.00 (presumably for all guests) consequently a very long queue formed with only 3 staff working one of whom was a trainee, all on what seemed to be a very slow computer system. It took me 40 minutes to check in, which is not satisfactory. |
