Shocker! Was my Stag party of 12 fellas, the first thing was that it took almost 40 minutes standing at a very warm reception to pay and get us booked in. Time was of the essence and it made us late for the restaurant. Then we discovered we all had double beds!! Despite booking twin rooms, alhtough I believe this to be more of a Late Rooms problem rather than the hotel. (Late Rooms believe it is a "specific requirement" when you ask for a twin room, and not a basic one?! I paid for the rooms believeing I had booked twins, but it was only a request apparrently) Beware!
Finally got upstairs hoping I could cool down with a quick shower, but it was stuck on hot. Rooms were very small and basic, which wouldn't have been too bad if we'd have had single beds. Then when I finally did turn in for the night, the duvet stunk of BO, and it wasn't mine!!!
Managed to put up with it for one night's kip, but you'd be devastated if it was part of your holiday.

The reception area was fine, the check-in procedure was fine. The bedroom was ok - a bit small, but the beds were comfortable and clean.
My main problem was with the bathroom - very small. The shower was not clean - black mould growing on the grouting between tiles does not give a good impression and does not feel good.

Check-in time is specified as 14.00 (presumably for all guests) consequently a very long queue formed with only 3 staff working one of whom was a trainee, all on what seemed to be a very slow computer system. It took me 40 minutes to check in, which is not satisfactory.
