Wonderful old manor house - totally spoilt by resort status and 'chalet' accommodation. Rooms comfortable but site very poor although view from main restaurant to Solent magnificent. Sails brasserie service very poor one evening, but better at breakfast. |

The room was an appartment with a little kitchen (fridge), a sofa, a balcony. There is a swimmig pool and spa in the building next to our room. |

I booked this as a last minute break and got a really good deal so wasn't expecting too much. I was however amaxed at the quality of the place, the rooms were excellent and the facilities couldn't be faulted. Really enjoyed the pool and leisure centre. Have recommended to many people already and wopuld strongly recommend a visit, I for one will return |

I have recommended this hotel to many colleagues. It provides the perfect retreat from the office, the facilities are excellent and the rooms are exceptional. The hotel is a little impersonal compared with others I stay at in the Forest, having spent 4 weeks there now and the hotel staff don’t appear to recognise me from one week to the next. |
