Clean hotel and good facilities for the price. I had a twin room with ensuite for £50 per night. Location of hotel is good -near two tube stations - Bayswater and Queensway (circle line and central line) and the main street had plenty of interesting places to eat and drink. Coninental breakfast was included in the price and good value. Cooked breakfast was available for en extra £5 but I didn't try it. As the hotel is off the main drag noise was not an issue. Would definatly use again for a bed forb the night if in London. |

regarding service; the lady at the reception was helpful giving information (sellig tickets hop-on-hop-off bustour) but did not bother greeting us when entering or leaving the hotel. Not even a 'thank you for you stay and hope to see you again' at the check out. |
