This hotel is definately of the expected MacDonald hotel standard, very good. The staff were very helpful and polite, tended to our every request asap . The bedrooms are a little dated in decor style but you have to remember it is a countryside style hotel so floral bedspreads have to be expected not like a city modern style hotel in saying that the rooms had t.v, complimentary bottles of water each day, toiletries in the bathroom so you can expect a totally comfortable stay at this hotel. It is only a 5-10 min drive into Chester which makes it very handy however expect the taxi fare to be £15 each way should you want to go into Chester for the night. Overall a great stay, would recommend this to anyone who suggested staying in Chester. |
