The staff on reception when we arrived were not overly friendly and one had a dismissive attitude. The hotel has a very good reputation so it was disappointing to find anything wrong. The sink in the bathroom was not clean although the facilities were excellent. I am very relived I did not pay full price.

Excellent location in the city by the river, we had an executive room with french window opening onto the river so it was nice view and quiet yet central. Parking in NCP around the corner. Rooms are quite funky, oddly shaped with wood floor and a tv set into the tiles in the bathroom!

Not advised by reception about voucher for parking facilities-though was advised re being able to park outside hotel between 6pm & 8am.
Breakfast indifferent. Set up on gas fired warmers which smelled strongly of gas. Quality of food low. no fresh brown bread to accompany cold table.
