we booked pre theatre dinner as part of a special deal offered by hotel. The food was really bad and i ate very little. I would advise that guesrs take the time to look at the numerous offers in resturants locally. Breakfast was much better however which made me wonder why they could not offer food of a reasonable standard the evening before. |

On arrival we were informed that we had an upgraded room. Would definitely stay there again. Staff were courteous and helpful. Hotel room was lovely although a little small. Great bathroom. |

Very centrally located, handy for Covent Garden, Oxford street and all main touristy areas. Rooms a little small but all perfectly clean and welcoming with the most important aspect of a room...a comfy bed. Food was okay but could have been better, there was a wedding on to be fair which may explain this but as a guest the wedding wasn't my concern and shouldn't have affected my stay. On the whole though, very pleasant albeit for one night. |
