Was visiting Harrogate to visit an old friend who was very ill, but made all the easier by staying in this delightfully friendly hotel. Staff couldn't have been kinder. All request were carried out to the letter such as easy access to room due to mobility problems. Spotlessly clean, and everything you could possibly need was available in the room. Dinner in the bistro was fabulous as was breakfast (although a little slow). Would stay again and have no hesitation reccomending this hotel. |
