This is a wonderful hotel. The staff were helpful, friendly and went out of their way to look after myself and a colleague. The room was exceptionally confortable, clean and well decorated. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending The Chamberlain to either Business or Leisure travellers and will definately stay there again.

We stayed hear prior to going to Arsenal the next day. We walked from St Pancras but tube as always in London is very good. Hotel was exellent. Quiet at night and the bar closed at 11.00, but we had seen plenty by then. Enough bars close by and we had a cheap meal in a bar under the railway arches for less than £10.00. Hotel as good as I have stayed in for the money and all staff helpfull. Tea AND Coffee behind a drop down part of dressing table. I had to ask. Shame it was not out on display ready to use. Good Hotel would stay again. Tower bridge and the Tower, a stone through away.

A very good standard of hotel representing excellent value for money
Only potential downside to be aware of is that the majority of pubs & restaurants in the immediate vacinity are closed over Saturday & Sunday.
