Situation of hotel is ideal - extremely close to Tower Hill tube station. We were given a free room upgrade - unfortunately the room was on the 3rd floor overlooking the entrance to the hotel which was noisy and, despite arriving early and asking at reception, there were no rooms available on the upper floors overlooking the tower. The room was almost perfect - we were a little surprised when a few of the tiles in the bathroom fell off as we closed the door - however the staff quickly cleared away the debris. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would definitelyuse this hotel again. |

Asked for a high room and the view was brilliant - overlooking The Tower of London. Walking distance of this attraction - even in the rain! |

My partner and I stayed at this hotel. ASK FOR THE VIEW OF LONDON BRIDGE - beautiful. Fantastic leisure facilities, pool a little cold, but lovely jaccuzi, steam room, aromatherapy room, gym and sauna, all inc within cost of the room. I did personally feel for a 5* hotel towels could of been softer, there was only 1 bath robe and pair of slippers and we wern't shown to our room or helped wih our luggage. Make sure nothing falls out of the minibar as it's digitally billed to your room automatically so check your bill. They were fine about something that fell out that we hadn't taken so they just took it off the bill. ... But the view from the room really made up for everything and like I said the leisure facilities are wonderful. Very helpful staff and would stay there again. Right by 'Tower Hill' underground so quite convenient too. I would definatly recommend this hotel, remember to ask for the view, and enjoy your stay. |
