Reception were having problems with the key card machine, as a result I had to wait 15 minutes in the lounge for my room key. Did apologise but would have been better if they had taken me upstairs and used a master key to get me into my room and then let me collect the key later. Also tried to charge me double the rate agreed on late rooms when I checked out. |

Nice London Hotel in Good Location. Decent rooms, food and drink OK, but better quality and value in nearby pubs and restaurants. Good location close to Oxford St and West End. |

My room was far too small. Breakfast should include fried egg option and not the cheap scrambled egg mix. All else was satisfactory. |

The room was incredibly small, more like a broom-cupboard. You literally trip over the bed as you walk in the door. Otherwise, the hotel was good. |
