Good and helpful concierge,s. Handy tqxi rank outside and hotel is so convenient for Kensington High Street tube station. Good French restaurant (behind the hotel and right at the pub)

As with many central London hotels the rooms are small and functional. Waitress service in the Lion's lounge attracks a service charge but they are friendly, polite and efficient which justifies the charge. To use the gym costs £5.00 per day which was a surprise.

Excellent location. Room was rather small but it was just for me - one person, and most importantly it was very clean.
Concierge desk people were so very helpful.
