staff very pleasant and polite. Room was too hot and the weather was not particularly warm. No fans available. The lighting system was not helpful as they are all linked apart from one and this builds up heat in the room and must use more energy than is needed. |

staff helful and friendly, not enough choice with regard to food, there was not much for my 88 year old mum to chose from. The best hotel yet for staff they were all great. Again the breakfast was not great but cheaper that other places we have been to. Nice surroundings |

The staff were excellent and the food was good but the hotel is in deperate need of refurbishment and is more motel quality rather than a quality hotel. Very over priced for the quality of the room, I'm sure it may have been relevant 20 years ago but not now. They need to either update or drop their prices in the region of 20%. The rooms were way too hot and there was no air conditioning, the bathroom was very shoddy. |
