Excellent customer service, when I inadvertantly left an item in the room they had kept it and sent in on for me a week later. The twin room was small, as hotel rooms in London tend to be, but was sympathetically furnished and clean. Very small lifts! |

Easy to find and idea for touring or shows. Underground very close and recommend a zone 1 and 2 ticket at just under £6 to use the tube all day to get around, especially after a show to get back to the Hotel as the roads do get grid locked. |

The Commodore Hotel is of the worst hotels I have ever seen. The reception staff are careless and not polite. The corridores in the hotel are like medieval underground prisons! The Prices are very high and unjustified. The Hotel is nice from the outside but quite the opposite inside. |
