The hotel was what you would expect from a Radisson Edwardian - comfortable and convenient. The single 'delux' room was small but adequate for an overnight business stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when next in London. |

My husband and I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at your hotel. We had breakfast the morning we left and the choice and quality of the food was very good. The other morning we walked to find a nice coffee house for breakfast because we did not want the full breakfast, nor did we want to pay full price for just cereal and toast. Maybe a smaller alternative breakfast at an appropriate price would have been a better choice for us if it was available. However, that is only our opinion and would certainly not stop us from returning to this hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful, especially reception, who helped us get around london since we did not know it very well. One small point I would like to make for any other visitors is that we had a small problem finding the hotel since the address we were given was Oxford St. On phoning the hotel we found out that the actual entrance to the hotel is in Marlebone Lane, which we had walked right passed. Fantastic location for shopping. underground for the O2, and transport from Stansted airport. |

Unfortunatly the website is out of date and their is in fact NO consierge parking anymore and nobody working on the Saturday we booked could help us with the discount parking. It was all sorted on the Sunday when we checked out but after several trips back & forth from the carpark. Also we booked a smoking room 4 weeks in advance and arrived to find non-available. To add insult to injury we asked if we wanted a noisy room (?) or a small room...? Not really the kind of service I expect from a so called 5 star hotel and booking so far in advance. |

Room was surprisingly good for this level in central London and not bad value at the rate paid. Full rack rate may make it less attractive. Room refurbishment has been successful I'd say. Room overlooked Oxford Street and was Sunday night but noise levels probably ok and other sides of hotel would be quieter anyway. I have stayed in some overpriced dumps in London before but this place seemed good in comparison. Didn't eat there or have breakfast. There's a Pret nearby. |
