The room was very nice, the food was excellent and the whole ambience of the place was just right. They were all helpful with such things as special dietry requests. There was a mistake on the bill but it was quickly rectified. Short drive into Chester. The pub down the road served good 'pub grub' but was nothing like as clean as the hotel and couldn't really compete with their restaurant. |

The room was adequate but the bed was very, very firm to the point of being uncomfortable. |
