We could not check in on time as the room had not been cleaned so had to wait in the lounge which is the only nice part of the hotel. The room was very disappointing and was not particularly clean with squashed mosquitoes on the walls. My husband and I had an awful nights sleep due to being constantly attacked by mosquitoes. This was made worse by being woken up at 7am by crashing and banging of crane outside the window as some work is being done right next to the hotel and the windows didnt keep ot the noise. When I mentioned to the receptionist about the mozzies, not as a complaint - more to advise that something needed to be done for the next occupant, she couldn't care less and said there was nothing she could do. The breakfast was terrible as well. It ruined our stop in Milan - luckily we were only at this hotel for one night, if we had booked for more we would have lost our money and paid extra to go somewhere else. |

Visiting Milan for a couple of days. Clean. Good price. Very good location - no more than 2 minutes from the main station. Everything within walking distance. No complaints. |

Didn't try the breakfast, but the rest was good value for money. Literally 5 min walk from the Central Station. Clean, and apparently you can book a room with a jacuzzi, but didn't try it. |
