The hotel is well placed just a couple of minutes from the Staion and main attractions. The breakfast was adequate though we went to the covered market and bought fruit and cheese to compliment it. I would recommend the hotel as it did what we wanted. A roof over our heads, a comfy bed and security. |

Quality of Room scored a 4 because my husband thought the bed was too hard. The street the hotel was on was quite noisy but most of the hotels we looked at before booking were also on this street - which was very central to everthing - hence the noise. The hotel staff were very friendly - we had a lovely time - we would like to visit Florence again & would certainly consider this hotel. |

The hotel was furnished to a very high standard, the room and bathroom were lovely and extremely clean. The staff on reception were most helpful providing us with information about what to see in Florence. A good location - 3 minute walk from the train station. Easy to walk to the main attractions within minutes - possible to see all of Florence by foot. Breakfast was very nice with a selection of yoghurts, rolls, crossiants, melba toast, cereal and the italian equilvilant of a jam tart. My only concern was the level of noise in the room. We found it extremely hard to sleep due to the noise of people outside and the constant traffic going up and down via nazionale at all hours. Our room was right next to reception so this also meant alot of noise from people coming in late at night. This is why I rated 4 out of 6 for families with young children as the noise of people drunk outside our door was a little daunting even for me. However this could have been a one off and if your located on the floor below this may not be an issue. Apart from that one thing everything else was great and I would thoroughly recommend a stay here. |

We stayed at the hotel twice in a week. First time the room was a little run down but clean and well sized, and with a great view of the duomo. Second time our room was much better with new modern bathroom etc. The hotels location is superb, very central and right next to the market. Staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast standard italian (a little boring but great coffee). Cheap WIFI (€5 for 24h). Great value for money - would definately stay there again. |

The hotel was very central and within easy walking distance of the main sights. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a building, there was a minute lift, not good if you are claustraphobic!! The room was basic and clean, the bathroom was very modern and spacious with a good shower. Would stay there again |
