I arrived in late in the dark and it was raining. The hotel was poorly lit for this. The girl on reception was very friendly and extreemly helpful. There was no chef on or food of any description available but the receptionist provided me with take away and delivery services in the area. My room was basic. The level of cleanliness was questionable with dust on electrical sockets and cobwebs in the corner. My remote control was not working and as the main hotel is locked up from 1030pm I was not sure how this could have been rectified. The shower was too powerful for the showerhead provided which meant that the showerhead kept moving randomly drenching the carpet etc. The shower curtain was old and in need of replacement. |

Avoid at all costs. We booked an executive room ha ha it was like a match box and absolutely filthy. I was sat on the toilet and someone above us was having a shower and I got soaked because the water poured through the ceiling. The walls are so thin you can hear every little noise so we did not get much sleep. I would not of attempted to sample the food if the cleanliness of the room was anything to go by. We will never stay at this hotel again, it wants knocking down and rebuilding. |

I have read other reviews about this hotel and thought some of them were quite unjust! I found all of the staff that I came across to be extremely friendly, curtious and helpful. I will definaltely book to stay in this hotel again in the future and would have no problem recommending it to anybody else. |
