The Quality hotel is a little tired in terms of decor and finish. Would really appreciate a refurbishment No complaints really - staff friendly and helpful- I paid for a Wi-Fi voucher but it wouldn't work in my lower ground level room- receptionist advised I used it in reception, and it was fine (not ideal though..) - The only complaint I have is that the smoking area is right outside the main entrance doors, so when you walk in you walk through all the smokers - when I got there, a coach had just arrived, so maybe 20 smokers were there, and it stank! Maybe a better smoking area would be useful - food good - strange (and anachrionistic) "Ladies only" parking area outside the entrance!
