This hotel was very very over priced. I had a room that had stains and a hole in the wall. There was also an issue with the fan in the bathroom as it kept turning itself on at 5 in the morning - waking me up. The food was very good but most of ther staff were unfriendly. I hope that I do not have to stay there again, the only reason I might is bacause of the pool and the gym. I will also be making a complaint to the hotel directly as I also found out that pepople there were paying half the price I was.

very disappointed with the level of service in particular the front desk who were unfriendly and unhelpful.equally concerning was that they had my booking under a different name and address presumably from their data base - they were not bothered about this and made no attempt to change it. The room was tired but clean the windows were faulty and the tv had limited reception. there was a strange smell in the hotel. Large new tv screen in bar showing sport should appeal to those who like that sort of thing but not what I'd expect in a four star hotel and certainly didn't add to the ambience so didnt spend any money in bar!.
