I have stayed here before and re stayed due to the excellent leisure facilities, and would continue to stay here in future. Excellent leisure facilities, food OK, bit pricey for the quality which is very pub grub style and quality. Didn't have breakfast as this seemed very expensive for a breakfast. Parking facilities a bit tight. Bedroom very small but big enough for a 1 night stay, in fact bathroom bigger than bedroom!

The hotel could do with a refurbishment as it looked a bit tired. Our tv remote never worked although reception was notified witin minutes of arrival. A man was sent up and once he had checked the tele worked, that was the last we heard on tht subject.
The hotel was pretty central for our needs , sightseeing and tourism, and VERY clean. Kim on reception was also very helpful in recommending a local pub to spend a pleasant evening in.
