We were given a connecting room and this was very noisy from the people in the other room. These rooms should only be given to people who request them. |

When we arrived at the hotel, the lifts were not working and as we required a smoking room we had to walk up to the 5th floor for our room. The corridor was being decorated and it was badly lit with wet paint everywhere. The room was clean although a little noisy due to being located next to the motorway. We ordered food from room service - the food was average but the service was great. Due to this experience whilst the hotel is being renovated, I would probably not stay here again. |
