A delightfull rural setting - perfect antidote for those faceless shoeboxes passing off as luxury hotels. |

A very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Unfortunatley the room we were in had a problem with the boilers so we had no hot water on our last night. The staff did offer us an alternative room but we considered this to be to much of an issue so we just used the shower facilities in the alternative room, which what far below the standard of our booked room. Also the hotel refunded 1 nights room charges after a little bit of discussion. |

We booked a night at the hotel for our anniversary and stayed in room 6. It was absolutely beautiful - the description on the website was really accurate and we got exactly what we were hoping for (enormous room with a 4 poster bed, huge jacuzzi bath, large bay windows with a beautiful view). The staff were very frienly and helpful. We had dinner at the hotel and were really impressed with the quality of the food. Overall, it is a really unique, romantic and beautiful old house that I would highly recommend. |
