Better map/directions. We drove in at midnight and had a terrible time finding the hotel. (We missed the hotel sign as it was covered up by some branches.) Finally asked a cab driver for directions. Really appreciated your car park and use of the staff area as the guest park was full. Also appreciated being able to leave the car while we went sight seeing. Thanks. |

Room was not very nice - overlooked the Cathedral which was good, but the carpet was stained and the room felt dirty |

I think the customer service needs to be improved. One of the receptionists and the car park attendants do not have a clue about customer service skills and I will be putting a formal complaint into the hotel. However, the rest of the staff were welcoming and accommodating and the hotel is in a great location (although you are pleasantly awoken by the cathedral bells) in the middle of the city, by the cathedral and a short walk from the station. |
