I've stayed here a few times and would recommend it. The food has ranged from both excellent to dubious, I've always had a good experience with their steak, but others have had to send food back... |

The hotel itself is stunning, as are the grounds. The 2 days myself and my partner were there, there were always quite a few wedding guests milling around. |

We booked the ardencote manor hotel very last minute through late rooms and found an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. Our room was spotless and at the rear of the hotel overlooking wonderful gardens and a lake. Simple things like them coming to turn your bed down at the end of the day and leaving chocolates on your pillow was lovely. My other half played golf and I made full use of the swimming pool, sauna and jaccuzzi, all again which were spotless with friendly helpful staff at the leisure reception. We didnt eat in the lodge so cant comment on that, but breakfast was great. No complaints at all. Any one who finds fault with this hotel must have hit it on a bad day, because you would have to be really picky to find fault!! We will be returning again as soon as we can. It was a lovely relaxing hotel where nothing was too much trouble. I highly reccomend it! |

A beautiful hotel in beautiful surroundings; we enjoyed our stay very much albeit only for one night. We had a lovely lunch in the bar on arrival whilst our room was prepared; the room was modern, clean and very comfortable. We then did 9 holes of golf which we were delighted to find out was included in the price; after which we went for a swim and relaxed in the jacussi. After all this we were so chilled out we couldn't face getting dressed up for the restaurant so we ordered a meal from room service which was wonderful. There were two weddings on the weekend we stayed and I think the staff coped very well under the circumstances. Breakfast the following morning was quite chaotic with all the wedding guests milling around which resulted in no clean table for us but the staff rallied round and did their best. This is a very small critisism of what was all in all a wonderful stay and we will definitely be returning. |
