No air-conditioning in the room meant that it was so hot we were unable to sleep, and while staff provided a fan and iced water, it didn't help much. Why air-con in reception and none in the bedrooms? |

This is a really lovely hotel in a lovely quiet location but still very close to the action. The staff really make it though, we arrived horribly early after a terrible journey up on the sleeper train but they made up a room especially and let us check in at 8am with no extra charge. Thoroughly recommended. |
