Great location - super service - afternoon tea was excellent. Only slight complaint was the room was pretty small - thats London for you!!

hotel were unaware of the 'deal' we had booked though late rooms. i.e complimentttery french champagne, 1 afternoon tea and late check out. however they did agree to our late check out. staff very friendly and hotel in good mayfair location but rooms cluttered and old fashioned furniture. not good if you are looking for clean lines.
