We had always wanted to stay at this Hotel and paid £105 and£139 per night (2 night stay). The room had food on the floor from the previous occupant and the shower area didn't seem over clean. It was very modern and nice but we were on level 6 and it was far too warm - in a room with a very small window it seemed air less. Not convinced I'd stay again and the room wasn't worth fuill price.

Hotel has all facilities that we expected. Ice machine, ameneties, free internet. The location is very good, actually in Royal Mile which is such a beautiful area. However, the hotel is quite dated, room is big though. Car park is in the same building with the hotel, charged 8.5 GBP/night.
The hotel is quite busy and we doubt their security measurement as their entrance is quite easy to get in and there is no card scan in the elevator. We were happy staying there though, and we will stay here next time.

Confusion over booking hotel said they had no rooms, but we still managed to book through yourselves, they upgraded us immediately to a double room instead of twins that were supposedly all that was available at the time of booking. Room had damp and mould and the sink did not drain away!
