    Booked hotel 3 weeks in advance and found when we arrived that they had cancelled our booking (emailed 2 days beforehand, although we were already in Paris so did not receive it until we got back home again). Receptionist did call to other hotels and found us another one.

    Great location. Just next to a velib (bicycle) station & near to Eiffel Tower. Lots of good breakfast places nearby. Clean & comfortable. Far better than most English hotels!

    The hotel is very central in Paris, next to two undergrounds and the Open Tour bus picks up a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. It is not a luxury hotel, it is basic, but very clean.
