trouser press fell of the wall , air con leaked. Nothing offered for inconvenience would not stay again.

Stayed for a 2 night break. Lovely hotel 5 mins from Harrods. A taxi to Covent Garden cost around £15. If you are booking theater tickets try to get one with a meal deal on the net before you leave. Our only complaint about this hotel was our room was not ready when we arrived at 2.30 pm, we was offered another twin room, not the double deluxe which we had booked. We decided to go for a walk and wait, but when we came back 2 hours later we were still given the twin room not the double, we didn't have time to complain as we had a taxi booked. Staff also a little to keen when clearing breakfast away!
