Hotel facilities very good but room was circa 1970's.

Could have done without the extra £3 an hour for the car, after paying £20 allready. I understand the principal but it would have been a good customer relations job to just let it pass.

Lovely hotel, good location, short walk from tube station. I needed a phone charger which after a quick phonecall to the concierge, was brought to my room in about 15mins. Have only scored a lower mark on quality of room because my bed dipped in the middle! But overall was very nice.

Stayed here for one night on business. Would stay here again. Friendly staff and comfortable hotel, relaxed atmosphere in bar all a plus when travelling solo.
