A luxury break stop over for me compared to my usual hotel (business) stays. Staff friendly. Food was excellent. |

After upgrading to a suite I was expecting much more. Not cobwebs, spiders and dated flaking decor. This hotel given the building and surroundings could be so nice. Does not live up to what the website shows at all. The pool is an old concrete affair with green algae on the bottom as they clearly don't have a brush long enough for the job. |

Room was nice - although bathroom could have had a proper shower and better toiletries. Breakfast was nice - but poor service and limited juices and cereals as the staff didnt have time to replenish. The orange juice container was refilled from cartoned orange juice in front of guests which I didnt think was very good. The staff were friendly. |
