On entry to hotel there was a very bad smell in the reception of sewage, lifts were inoperative and had to use the stairs to the 6th floor during my entire stay. On entry to my bedroom there was a vacuum in the middle of the room? Room service were very rude when I ordered a sandwich at 11pm and to add insult to injury when I woke up in the morning there was no hot water for the shower - which when I informed politely the lady at reception about when I left she simply said it's working now - which is no good to me when I am off for a meeting! Not good at all - never stay in the hotel - it's the pits! |
