I booked the hotel for a special occasion, and really thought that I'd got a good deal, booking through laterooms. com. However, I found that , although she'd since had to cancel, my friend who was to join us booked directly through the hotel for the Saturday night got a better room rate AND breakfast included - that was very disappointing....

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a visit to the theatre. Fantastic location and the staff were absolutely magnificent - no hesitation to recommend.

Would definately stay here again for easy access to the West End - didn't need taxis to get around.
Thought the breakfast wasn't brilliant - especially for what it cost. We had room service for just one.
Thought the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The room had very badly stained carpet in large areas & should never have been given to a guest in any "5 star" hotel
