Strenneth, a family run business in unspoiled countryside, 10 minutes drive from the market town of Diss, 5 minutes from Bressingham Gardens and close to Snetterton motor racing circuit. First class accommodation in 17th Century building, fully renovated with single storey courtyard wing. Ample parking and nice walks. All 7 bedrooms are ensuite and tastefully furnished (2 with 4 poster beds). Extensive menu using local produce. Ideal touring base. Pets welcome.

We received, on the house, tea and biscuits on arrival. The room was excellent and very clean and the breakfast was extremely good. The host was very obliging with our request for an earlier than usual start to their breakfast schedule and provided us with excellent directions to our Snetterton race track destination.

the strenneth was a brilliant place to stay, they made us feel welcome right from the beginning. so much so that we booked an extra night. the self catering cottage we stayed was of the highest standard, and my children loved it too. the food was all freshly prepared and even was equipped with home-grown produce from the local farms nearby, you have to try the apple juice. i would recommend this place to anyone as they would not be disappointed. we are going again next year.

Very friendly service and how nice it is to be served complimentary tea and home-made fruit cake when you arrive. Also an excellent breakfast with good locally sourced ingredients

The owners could not do enough for us. They were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. All in all a great place to stay.
